How many connectors can I connect?
All plans include unlimited connectors. Connect all your sources (Stripe, Pennylane, Shopify, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn…) at no extra cost — centralizing your data is at the heart of Reportly.
What is the difference between a user and a guest?
A user builds reports, connects sources and queries DatAI. A guest views the reports shared with them, read-only, for free — ideal for your board, investors or accountant.
What is DatAI?
DatAI is your AI analyst: ask questions in natural language ("Why did my churn increase in May?") and get answers grounded in your real data, never invented. Available on all plans: standard quota on Starter, extended volume on Pro, and custom on Business.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades are immediate and prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period. No data is lost when changing plans.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Monthly billing renews each month and can be cancelled whenever you want. Annual billing saves you 15 % on the whole subscription, paid once for 12 months.
How does the early-access offer work?
By joining Reportly during early access, you get 50 % off your first month, guided onboarding and a direct line to the product team to influence the roadmap.
