A user builds reports, connects sources and queries DatAI. Each plan includes a set number of users (3 on Starter, 10 on Pro, unlimited on Business). A guest views the reports shared with them, read-only and free — ideal for your board, investors or accountant.

Monthly billing renews each month and can be cancelled anytime. Annual billing saves you 15% on the whole subscription, paid once for 12 months.

Connecting your first tools typically takes between 5 and 15 minutes. Once your tools are connected, your first dashboards are automatically generated in seconds. For custom integrations (custom database, API), expect 1-2 days with our team's help.

Every customer gets email support. The Pro plan includes priority support (response within 24 business hours), and the Business plan includes dedicated support with a shared Slack channel and personalized onboarding.

Yes! We offer comprehensive onboarding for all new customers: onboarding session, assisted dashboard configuration, team training. For enterprises, we also offer strategic guidance on your metrics and KPIs.

Absolutely. Security is our #1 priority. Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). It's hosted on servers in Europe and GDPR-compliant. We never access your data without your explicit authorization.

Yes, Reportly is GDPR-compliant. Your data is stored on servers in Europe and we have appointed a DPO (Data Protection Officer). You can exercise your rights of access, rectification and deletion on request to our team.

Only the team members you have explicitly authorized have access to your data. Reportly never accesses your data without your explicit request (technical support, security audit validated by you). We never sell or share your data with third parties.

No. Reportly connects to your tools in read-only mode: we read your data to generate your reports, but we can never modify, create or delete it in your sources. Your systems stay untouched.

DatAI is your AI analyst: ask questions in plain language ("Why did my churn go up in May?") and get answers grounded in your real data, never made up. DatAI is included on all plans: standard quota on Starter, extended volume on Pro, and custom on Business.

Your sources sync automatically: daily on Starter, hourly on Pro, and in real time (with on-demand sync) on Business. Your dashboards always reflect fresh data.

Yes! Reportly offers pre-configured dashboard templates you can use immediately, but you can also create your own custom dashboards, choose the metrics displayed, analysis periods, and presentation format.

Absolutely. You can export your dashboards and reports to PDF, Excel, or PowerPoint with one click. You can also schedule recurring automatic exports (weekly, monthly) sent directly by email to your team or investors.
