Pricing
What are your pricing plans?
Reportly offers several plans tailored to your size and needs. Our pricing is transparent and based on the number of connections and metrics tracked. To find out the exact price for your situation, contact us for a personalized quote. Early waitlist users get 50% off their first month.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial with no commitment and no credit card required. This allows you to test all of Reportly's features before committing.
Can I change plans at any time?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Changes take effect immediately and your billing is adjusted pro-rata.
Integrations
Can I connect my own database?
Yes! Reportly allows you to connect your own database (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) via a secure connection. Our teams assist you with the setup to ensure a smooth and secure integration of your data.
What tools can you connect?
Reportly integrates with major SaaS tools: Stripe (payments), Pennylane (accounting), PayFit (HR/payroll), Qonto (banking), HubSpot (CRM), and many more. If your tool isn't listed, contact us: we regularly add new integrations.
How long does integration take?
Connecting your first tools typically takes between 5 and 15 minutes. Once your tools are connected, your first dashboards are automatically generated in seconds. For custom integrations (custom database, API), expect 1-2 days with our team's help.

What type of support do you offer?
All our customers benefit from email support with a response time of less than 24 hours on weekdays. Enterprise plans also include priority chat support, personalized onboarding sessions, and a dedicated account manager.
Do you offer implementation assistance?
Yes! We offer comprehensive onboarding for all new customers: onboarding session, assisted dashboard configuration, team training. For enterprises, we also offer strategic guidance on your metrics and KPIs.

Security
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Security is our #1 priority. Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). We are hosted on European servers certified ISO 27001 and GDPR compliant. We never access your data without your explicit authorization.
Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes, Reportly is fully GDPR compliant. Your data is stored on servers in Europe, we have appointed a DPO (Data Protection Officer), and you retain full control over your data (right of access, rectification, and deletion at any time).
Who has access to my data?
Only the team members you have explicitly authorized have access to your data. Reportly never accesses your data without your explicit request (technical support, security audit validated by you). We never sell or share your data with third parties.
Features
Can I customize my dashboards?
Yes! Reportly offers pre-configured dashboard templates you can use immediately, but you can also create your own custom dashboards, choose the metrics displayed, analysis periods, and presentation format.
Can I export my reports?
Absolutely. You can export your dashboards and reports to PDF, Excel, or PowerPoint with one click. You can also schedule recurring automatic exports (weekly, monthly) sent directly by email to your team or investors.
