2. Purpose of These Terms
These General Terms and Conditions of Use (T&Cs) are intended to define the terms of access and use of the Reportly Service by any user (hereinafter the "User").
Use of the Service implies full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs.
3. Service Description
Reportly is a SaaS solution that enables you to create and automate dynamic dashboards and reports from native API connections with various management tools (accounting, CRM, marketing, sales, etc.).
The Service notably allows:
- secure connection to third-party data sources;
- generation of automated and customised reports;
- viewing and sharing these reports via a web interface.
Some features may in the future be offered as part of a paid plan. Where applicable, the financial terms governing such features will be set out in separate general terms of sale, which will be brought to your attention before any subscription.
3.1 Supported Integrations
The Service supports connections to various third-party services, including:
- Payment processors (transactions, invoices, subscriptions)
- E-commerce platforms (orders, products, payouts)
- Advertising platforms (campaign metrics, ad spend, audience data)
- Accounting platforms (transactions, invoices, bank reconciliation)
- HR management and payroll tools (headcount, remuneration, costs)
Connections are used exclusively to read data. Where a third-party service does not offer a read-only access scope — such as the Google Ads API — Reportly refrains from any write operation and performs reads only.
The list of supported integrations may evolve. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share data from your connected services with Reportly.
3.2 AI-powered analytics assistant (DatAI)
The Service includes "DatAI", an assistant that allows you to query your indicators in natural language. To produce a response, only your question and aggregated numerical indicators are transmitted to OpenRouter, an artificial intelligence provider based in the United States, which routes the request to the configured language model. No data that could identify your end customers is transmitted, and the content of requests is not retained by the provider.
The responses generated by DatAI are provided for informational purposes only. Nuvem Studio does not guarantee the accuracy of the analyses produced by the assistant, and the User remains solely responsible for the use they make of them.
4. Access to the Service
Access to the Service requires the creation of a user account on the reportly.fr website.
The User agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
Access may be interrupted at any time for maintenance or updates without notice, without entitling the User to any compensation.
5. User Responsibilities
The User is solely responsible for:
- the accuracy of imported or synchronised data;
- the confidentiality of their login credentials;
- compliant use of the Service in accordance with the law and the rights of third parties.
Any fraudulent or abusive use of the Service may result in suspension or deletion of the account.
6. Nuvem Studio Responsibilities
Nuvem Studio implements the necessary means to ensure the availability and security of the Service, without however being able to guarantee continuous availability or the complete absence of errors.
Nuvem Studio cannot be held liable for:
- temporary unavailability of the Service;
- indirect damages related to its use;
- errors or inaccurate data from third-party sources connected via API.
7. Personal Data and Confidentiality
Nuvem Studio undertakes to comply with applicable regulations regarding the protection of personal data, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
The data collected is used solely for the proper functioning of the Service and is never resold.
To find out more, please consult our Privacy Policy.
7.1 Data Processing
By using Reportly, you authorise us to access and process data from your connected third-party services (such as payment processors and e-commerce platforms) as a data processor acting on your behalf. We process this data solely to provide the Service and will not use it for any other purpose.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to share data from your connected services with Reportly.
8. Intellectual Property
The Reportly Service, as well as all its elements (interface, design, codes, trademarks, logos, texts), are the exclusive property of Nuvem Studio.
Any reproduction, representation or use without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
9. Duration and Termination
This contract is concluded for an indefinite period from the date of the User's registration.
The User may terminate their account at any time from their personal space.
Nuvem Studio reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of non-compliance with these T&Cs.
9.1 Data Deletion
Upon account termination:
- All synced data from connected services will be permanently deleted immediately
- You may request deletion at any time by contacting support@reportly.fr
- Backup copies are purged according to our standard backup retention schedule (maximum 90 days)
10. Changes to the Terms
These T&Cs may be modified at any time.
The User will be informed of any substantial modification before it comes into effect.
Continued use of the Service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Financial and sales terms
The following provisions apply to paid plans of the Service and supplement the terms of use set out above.
11.1 Subscription and ordering
Subscription to a paid plan is completed online after creating an account. The User warrants that they have authority to bind the legal entity on whose behalf they are subscribing. The order is firm upon validation of payment.
11.2 Plans and pricing
The Service is offered under various plans described on the pricing page (reportly.fr/pricing). The applicable prices are those displayed on that page on the date of subscription, expressed in euros exclusive of tax, with VAT added where applicable. Nuvem Studio may modify its prices; new prices apply at the renewal of the subscription, after the User has been informed at least thirty (30) days before the renewal date.
11.3 Payment terms
The subscription is payable in advance, by credit card or direct debit, via a secure payment provider, at the time of subscription and at each renewal date. In the event of non-payment, access to the Service may be suspended following a formal notice that has gone unheeded, without prejudice to late-payment penalties at the statutory rate applicable between businesses and a fixed recovery indemnity of €40.
11.4 Renewal and termination of subscriptions
The subscription renews by tacit agreement for successive periods of the same duration, unless the User terminates it from their personal space before the renewal date. Termination takes effect at the end of the current period; amounts already paid are not refunded on a pro-rata basis, except where mandatory statutory provisions require otherwise. The terms governing termination and account deletion are set out in article 9.
11.5 Free trial
Where applicable, a free trial period may be offered. At the end of the trial, the paid subscription begins automatically unless the User terminates before the trial period expires.
11.6 Right of withdrawal
As the Service is provided to professionals for the purposes of their business activity, the right of withdrawal afforded to consumers under consumer protection legislation does not apply.
11.7 Limitation of liability
In addition to article 6, Nuvem Studio's total liability in connection with paid plans is limited to the amounts actually paid by the User during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These T&Cs are subject to French law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris courts.
